These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ban88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available through ban88.io and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the ban88 brand.

By registering an account, accessing the ban88 platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register and maintain an active account on ban88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ban88 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is lawfully permitted for your personal use.

ban88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, on deposit, prior to withdrawal, or at any time ban88 reasonably deems necessary. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

The registration of an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your ban88 account, is strictly prohibited.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one single account on the ban88 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through third-party arrangements — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ban88 username and password at all times.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your contact details, including your registered mobile number and email address, remain current and accurate at all times.
• Notifying ban88 immediately via the contact details provided in Section 16 if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

ban88 will not be liable for any losses, including financial losses, arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

ban88 may, at its discretion, impose temporary or permanent restrictions on any account for the purposes of fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, regulatory compliance, or investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. Where restrictions are imposed, ban88 will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected duration to the account holder as promptly as practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ban88 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party identities, or employing any strategy designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino, poker, or multiplayer game formats.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human participation.

• Money laundering: Using the ban88 platform for the purpose of laundering funds obtained through criminal activity. ban88 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or disputed payment claims with payment providers in relation to ban88 transactions without first attempting to resolve the matter through official ban88 support channels.

ban88 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ban88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

ban88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ban88 accepts no responsibility. All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes by ban88.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their ban88 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ban88 account holder. ban88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. ban88 may request additional verification documents for subsequent withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the bonus-related funds are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits that are not subject to any active bonus restriction may be withdrawn at any time.
• Withdrawal processing times are generally within 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad requests. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. ban88 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment provider systems.
• ban88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal request that it reasonably considers to require further review, including but not limited to large-value withdrawals, first-time withdrawals, or withdrawals following unusual account activity.

ban88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and who are in good standing on the platform.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement"), expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x). The full wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to bets that qualify towards wagering rollover. Bets placed on events with odds below the specified minimum will not count towards bonus rollover.

All bets and game rounds placed on the ban88 platform are subject to the rules of the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the game interface or betting section. The following general rules apply across all ban88 products:

• Bet settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game outcome. In the case of sports betting, the result used for settlement will be the official result as confirmed by the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• Void bets: ban88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned, or determined to have been affected by corrupt or irregular activity. Void bets are returned to the player's available balance at the staked amount.

• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on any ban88 software or game content.

Any unauthorised use of ban88 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action by ban88 or its content partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ban88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, data, profits, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the ban88 platform, howsoever caused.
• Interruptions to platform availability resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical faults, server outages, or circumstances beyond ban88's reasonable control, including acts of God, network failures, or regulatory interventions.
• The accuracy or availability of third-party game content, live data feeds, or odds provided by external suppliers.
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including payment service providers, telecommunications companies, or internet service providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even where ban88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ban88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. ban88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ban88 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ban88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 4.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring ban88 to restrict or close the account.
• The player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. ban88 is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from proven fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the ban88 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ban88 operates as a platform providing gaming and entertainment services and does not make representations as to the lawfulness of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ban88 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ban88 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, ban88 will communicate the outcome of its review in writing and explain any further options available.
